Elite Legal Search is a full-service permanent and temporary search firm representing attorneys, paralegals and other legal support personnel in law firms and corporate legal departments. Our services include:

Retained Search
Retained Searches are allocated a substantial portion of your search consultant’s time and efforts. Retained Searches procure a minimum of two qualified candidates within 90 days who meet or exceed your stipulated requirements. Your consultant is assigned to your project from inception to completion. The Retained Search fee is a percent of the candidate’s first-year earnings, to be paid in thirds. The first third to be paid up front, the second at the time of the first candidate interview, and the final upon hiring. Elite Legal Search offers a replacement guarantee of six months for Retained Services.

Exclusive Search
Exclusive Searches are granted the majority of your search consultant’s time and efforts. Exclusivity of candidates is secured to best fit your staffing needs. Your consultant is assigned to your project from inception to completion. The Exclusive Search fee is a percent of the candidate’s first-year earnings. 20 percent of the fee is required up front, the balance due upon hiring. Elite Legal Search offers a replacement guarantee of 90 days for Exclusive Services.

Contingency Search
No financial commitment is required to initiate a Contingency Search. The fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first-year earnings and is payable the date he/she begins employment. Elite Legal Search offers a replacement guarantee of 30 days for Contingency Searches.

Temporary Placement
Temporary engagements range from several weeks to several months and include a variety of full-time, part-time and flexible positions. Clients seeking Temporary Placement pay only for hours worked and/or specific assignments completed. This efficient use of legal personnel is easily managed and provides bottom line value to the client.

Temporary to Permanent
Elite is pleased to offer the conversion of temporary assignment to permanent position when both the candidate and the firm mutually desire a permanent relationship. The Temp to Perm scenario is especially beneficial to those clients who prefer an opportunity to "get to know" a candidate before making a long-term commitment. The fee for this service is calculated by a percentage of the candidate’s first-year earnings then reduced depending on the duration of that candidate’s temporary engagement.

Fees
Fees range from 20% to 30% of candidate’s first-year earnings, depending on search level. Fees are to be negotiated and clearly defined prior to the acceptance or commencement of any level search.
